Flooring installation across material types — rooms, hallways and stairs included. The substrate gets flattened and prepped first, because a floor is only as good as what it sits on.
Our Process
Walk the Space & Quote
We look at the actual room — the substrate, the layout, the transitions — and give you a clear written quote for the work discussed. No number guessed from a phone call.
Prep the Substrate
Old flooring out, the surface flattened, cracks and soft spots handled, waterproofing where water lives. Tile is only as flat and durable as what it sits on.
Layout Before a Single Cut
Lines snapped and the pattern dry-checked so cuts land where they look right — balanced at doorways, centered on the focal wall, no sliver pieces where your eye falls.
Set, Grout & Seal
Installed with the right mortar and spacing for the material, grouted cleanly, and sealed where the material calls for it.
Clean Up & Walk-Through
The space cleaned up and a walk-through together at the end. Anything that isn't right gets put right before we call it finished.
Your Quote, In Writing
